BetAnySports Sportsbook Review

Software:  BetAnySports utilizes ASI software.  The software was quite simple to navigate and to place bets.  Unfortunately, there is very little information to be found on the site.  Help menus are nowhere to be found and the FAQ page has minimal information.  There is a site map to help out, but alas, it is also empty.  If you are a newcomer, beware, there is not much useful information to help you get started.  The site was always quick to respond (even during peak hours.)

Deposit and Withdrawal:  BetAnySports has limited deposit and withdrawal options.  The options are as follows:

• Deposit:  NETeller, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Money Transfer, Bank Wire, Bank checks, certified checks and money orders.
• Withdrawal:  Western Union, Bank Wire, Money Transfer, UPS or Next day air bank check

Cashout speed:  I opted to cashout via check (next day air).  Unfortunately, I never received my winnings and I had to call back to complain.  Once I complained, I received my check in 3 days (Not in one day as promised).

Support:  BetAnySports offers 24/7 service via e-mail and toll free number.  The toll-free number was answered in approximately 2 minutes and was a recorded message (BetAnySports claims on their website that it is supposed to be answered immediately.)  Only five minutes later did I get to speak with a real person. Support staff was not very knowledgeable and was not able to answer all of my questions over the telephone and they did not speak English very well (I had a very difficult time understanding the agent).  However, the support agent was very cheerful and tried their best to help me out.  E-mail response was not very good, I had to send numerous e-mails before I got a response.
